What are the best neighborhood Christmas Lights in Houston? With Halloween behind us and Thanksgiving approaching just next week, I thought this would be an appropriate blog post. Most stores are already decorating for Christmas. Some folks complain about it, it's never soon enough for me! As for Houston Christmas lights, A general consensus from those I've talked to is the Prestonwood Forest. They have a tremendous light display each year. Every street has a theme, with every house decorated. They really come together as a community and put on a Christmas lit display that have people talking, and coming from all over town. Prestonwood is located off of 249 near the Willowbrook area at Prestonwood Forest.
I am a big fan of Christmas lights, and drive the neighborhoods each year with my family. I have a personal favorite for Houston Christmas lights, but I can't remember the name of the neighborhood. Seems like maybe Candlestick? It's off of 610 and Ella. Lovely homes where the WHOLE community get's together and decorates based on theme. If you have any suggestions or comments on the best Christmas lights in Houston, please let us know.
